Details
The school will be held at the Department of Mathematics Building, Makerere University. Therefore, all the school / course activities will take place within the restricted main campus area of the university.

Accommodation, Makerere University Guest House
Details
For the facilitators, your on campus accommodation will be at Makerere University Guest House. If you would like to make a booking outside that arrangement, please let us know by 1st October 2024 for recommendations. All other students (participants not from Makerere University) will have an off-campus accommodation at a hotel to be communicated later. In any case, it will be a 5-10 minutes walkable distance to the venue, but there will be transport for those who may need it. All the accommodation is bed and breakfast with a wifi connection and offer restaurant services at a fee.

Details
All lunches and coffee breaks will be had at the workshop venue except for dinners, Saturdays and Sundays where an allowance will be given to all participants.

Transport,
Details
The main gateway for Uganda to the world by air transport is Entebbe International Airport, located about 49 kilometers from the venue, (using the Entebbe express highway). There will be transport from and to Entebbe International Airport provided by members of the local organising team. For the regional participants who will use buses to get to Kampala, the Capital City of Uganda, again transport from the bus terminals to and from their hotel will be provided by the local organising committee.
