The project is coordinated by Dr. Betty K Nannyonga and it targets undergraduate students, graduate students, researchers and lecturers. It will help encourage, empower and support women in basic sciences by raising awareness of gender-specific barriers to careers in basic sciences and providing educational resources aimed at helping all members of the science community to recognise and mitigate those barriers.
